The Japanese government has eased immigration restrictions for business travelers to Japan from the 8th of November 2021.
The self-quarantine period for business travelers to Japan with vaccination certificates is reduced to 3 days instead of previous 14 days.
Foreign students and technical trainees are also permitted to enter Japan as well. Their self-quarantine period is 10 days instead of previous 14 days.

Fully vaccinated with the following vaccines

Moderna vaccine

AstraZeneca vaccine

Host companies or schools must submit an activity plans to the complement authority.
AFTER 3 DAYS SELF-QUARANTINE

If a negative result can be confirmed, acting based on the submitted activity plan until the 10th day after entry is requested.

Only public transportation such as trains and bus with seat reservation or taxi can be used, and requested to keep copy of tickets and receipts for 30 days.

It should be within 2 hours when eating at restaurants.
